To effectively and efficiently manage the key sales performance outputs of the TruckStore Centurion sales division and manage the Agency model to ensure optimal sales performance and attainment of strategic deliverables as defined by DTSA and aligned with sales targets, while ensuring compliance with the Company's Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E.
Collaborate with agents to monitor stock levels and forecast sales. Implement corrective actions where necessary to meet targets. Foster strong stakeholder relationships and ensure achievement of sales and stock KPIs aligned with the Centurion Sales division.
Provide general support to agents, including tasks not explicitly listed. Ensure access to necessary information for sales transactions. Facilitate compliant communication between customers, agents, and TruckStore. Ensure timely resolution of inquiries and accurate commission payments.
Support asset management and stock sourcing. Maintain optimal stock levels and mix, adhere to procurement and logistics processes, and minimize vehicle risk. Ensure efficient sales processes and prompt issue resolution.
Enhance collaboration with value chain partners and business administration. Strengthen dealer interfaces for used vehicle management and promote digitalization of processes.
Ensure professional interactions with customers. Address inquiries and complaints promptly. Implement and monitor control systems in line with TruckStore procedures.
Maintain accurate records and documentation per TruckStore standards. Adhere to Delegation of Authority (DOA) guidelines. Share relevant information promptly and ensure compliance in all communications.
Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate development initiatives. Hold regular team meetings to boost communication and motivation. Manage daily activities in line with KPIs.
Foster a culture of integrity and compliance. Promote transparency, recognize compliance achievements, and address misconduct. Implement internal controls and risk mitigation measures. Complete required training on time.
Drive new business through agent network support and dealer engagement. Assist in stock sourcing and participate in sales campaigns. Provide monthly progress reports with action plans to meet sales targets and manage stock aging. Support marketing efforts to grow the TruckStore brand locally and internationally.
