What you will do:

• Build strong and productive relationships with photographers
• Manage a portfolio of around 300 photographers
• Serve as the voice of the client for the photographers
• Maintain regular proactive communication with the photographers, mainly via calls
• Conduct weekly/biweekly/monthly check-ins depending on photographers' needs
• Establish trustworthy relationships and a strong sense of community with photographers
• Establish communication routines: gather feedback on services and tools, provide updates on assignments

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Excellent English skills (at least C1 level for both spoken and written communication)
• Mandatory 1+ year experience as a Success Manager
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
• Background in photography-related areas
• Enthusiastic and confident communicator, especially over the phone
• Ability to speak with photographers and build rapport quickly
• Able to make 15+ calls per day smoothly and consistently
• Mature and responsible attitude
• Personal laptop or computer (minimum 8GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)

Will be a great plus:
