Main Purpose of the Job

As a team member providing outsourced contract review services to a UK legal unit, your role involves reviewing third-party commercial contracts and supporting senior lawyers. You will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality service to UK stakeholders and proactively seek service improvements.

Key Performance Areas

1. Strategic Impact: Raise issues affecting delivery quality or timelines with the manager.
2. Budgets / Profitability: Ensure quality and timely delivery as per SLA.
3. Delivery Excellence: Produce high-quality work and collaborate to enhance client experience.
4. Reporting and Presentations: Develop impactful, flawless reports and presentations addressing client needs.
5. Knowledge of Business and Industry: Understand business operations and industry trends impacting clients.
