Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an IT Agile environment.
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Agile Hive, Mural, etc.
- Minimum NQF 7 – BSC / BCom / BTech in IT or B.Eng. Industrial Engineering or relevant Agile / Scrum certification.
- Knowledge of production and logistics in the automotive industry is beneficial.
Additional Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, IT, or related fields.
- Professional Experience: 5+ years in analytics, business-IT liaison, or similar.
- Proven data management, governance, and project management skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView), data processes, modeling, and governance.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Financial Management: Capex and Opex management for analytics projects.
- Project Management: Ability to oversee analytics projects using methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
- Business & Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders to drive analytics initiatives.
- Data Literacy & Adoption: Promote data literacy and facilitate training.
- Governance & Compliance: Manage data access and ensure compliance.
