Job Purpose
U-Belong is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven individual to join the Recruitment Department as a Recruitment Supervisor.
This role will be responsible for managing and guiding a team through the full recruitment cycle while ensuring alignment with the organization's resourcing goals.
The ideal candidate will drive sourcing strategies, enhance talent pipelines, and ensure high-quality recruitment outcomes through innovation and strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing: Support the Operations Assistant in developing effective sourcing strategies. Lead digital sourcing efforts across various platforms, including sourcing leads from the administrative partner BluTrain. Communicate with relevant stakeholders regarding advertising vacancies for monthly launches. Draft clear and engaging job adverts as needed. Ensure leads are received and distributed to the recruitment team daily. Ensure master databases are updated by the recruitment team promptly. Conduct weekly administrative checks to ensure recruitment databases are current and accurate.
- Recruitment Operations: Oversee end-to-end daily recruitment activities. Conduct screening, shortlisting, and provide interview support as required. Ensure recruitment processes adhere to legal and ethical standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment operations.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support Recruitment Administrators to meet service-level agreements and hiring targets. Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings to track progress and provide feedback. Ensure the team operates within employment legislation and codes of best practice. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans when necessary.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and deliver detailed recruitment reports and analytics weekly and monthly. Ensure timely submission of reports for U-Belong launches. Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Stay informed on best practices in recruitment and employment law.
