Food Safety Supervisor Ref: 3487

Our perfect candidate will bring: a degree in Food Technology (or related qualification) and at least 4 years’ experience in food processing with a strong focus on sanitation. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and quality procedures as well as knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 essential.
 
Should you be successful in your application, you will head up the hygiene and housekeeping, taking part in daily plant inspections and ensuring the utmost cleanliness before start up. You will develop and maintain sanitation and cleaning standard operation procedures and ensure that they are enforced. You will participate in internal and external hygiene audits as well as participating in regular risk assessments. Hygiene doesn’t rest so you should be able to assist on public holidays and weekends as necessary.
