Investec Sandton Tech Grad Programme

Investec Sandton is seeking Tech Graduates to join the Tech Grad Programme. This programme is designed for students in their final year of a technology-related qualification. Our programme offers hands-on responsibility, business mentoring, and structured learning within one of South Africa's most dynamic financial institutions.

The Investec Tech Grad Programme is supported by an internal development strategy to help you thrive in our environment. We are looking for aspiring software developers, data scientists, engineers, test-automation engineers, and tech-focused business analysts.

Application Criteria

• Completing a tech or tech-related bachelor's degree
• In your final year of undergraduate or postgraduate studies, or a recent graduate with less than two years of practical experience
• Consistently good academic performance
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• A passion for technology and a desire to contribute to innovative solutions

Eligible Degrees

• BSc or BS in Computer Science, Business Computing, or Computer Engineering
• BCom in Informatics or Information Systems
