Lead a Rockstar Team | 6-Month Contract | Must Love People & Road Trips

Are you a natural-born leader with a passion for wellness and the gift of motivation ? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Team Leader to guide and inspire a group of energetic Care Consultants as they roll out an exciting new product in the medical / wellness space !

The Mission :

You’ll take the lead on a feel-good marketing campaign that’s launching at the end of May. Think face-to-face engagement, feel-good vibes, and exhibitions across Gauteng!

Your Day-to-Day Will Include :

Managing a team of 5 Care Consultants

Coaching and motivating your team to shine in face-to-face client engagements

Handling daily planning, team performance tracking, and on-site coordination

Attending exhibitions and wellness events (you’ll be on the move!)

Reporting into Head Office in Fourways when not on the road

What You Bring to the Table :

• 3–5 years' experience leading sales / promotions teams (face-to-face, not just behind a desk!)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A confident, hands-on approach to driving results
• A genuine love for people and all things wellness

Must-Haves : Matric

Valid driver’s license (you’ll be steering the ship!)

Clear ITC & Criminal Record
