Job summary

A leading retail company is seeking a proactive Project Administrator for their Store Development Department. The role involves managing maintenance operations, providing detailed reports, and overseeing facilities management. Qualifications

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all physical assets, overseeing maintenance teams, assisting in coordinating new projects, and maintaining related services.

Requirements:
  1. Matric
  2. Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably in Project Management
  3. 2-3 years of building maintenance and administrative experience
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  5. Occupational Health and Safety experience/qualification
  6. Technical knowledge regarding HVAC, Electrical, and Backup Power systems

  • Facilities management, including electrical consumption investigations and backup power management
  • Manage Tenant Improvement Allowance
  • Procurement management: sourcing quotations, purchase orders, documentation, and invoicing
  • Communicate professionally with all staff levels
  • Submit weekly progress reports and updates
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
