Junior Business Coach Cape Town

ORT SA is excited to announce that we are hiring for the position of Junior Business Coach. If you're passionate about supporting small businesses, have strong communication skills, and enjoy facilitating impactful coaching and mentoring programs, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coaching Support and Facilitation:
   Plan and coordinate networking events and business bootcamps.
   Assist in the planning and execution of coaching sessions.
   Prepare coaching materials and facilitate discussions during sessions.
   Document key points from coaching sessions and help clients set actionable goals.


2. Compliance and Documentation:
   Collect and verify client documents, ensuring completeness and authenticity.
   Maintain detailed records of client interactions and compliance status.
   Assist in preparing compliance reports.


3. Administrative Support:
   Schedule meetings, workshops, and appointments.
   Accurately maintain records of client interactions, progress, and compliance status.
   Prepare reports, presentations, and manage client files.


4. Research and Analysis:
   Conduct research on industry trends and government regulations.
   Analyze client data to uncover potential improvement areas.
   Contribute to the development of business tools and resources.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2-4 years relevant experience as a business advisor or coach across various business types.
2. Huge advantage if candidate has experience of running a successful business.
3. Proficiency in using CRMs.
4. Experience in report writing.
5. Familiarity with designing productivity tools, scorecards, and learning materials.
6. Highly organized with ability to handle pressure.
7. Highly developed people skills and a strong team player.
8. Excellent communication skills.
9. Own transport and a valid driver’s license, with willingness to travel nationally.
