Sales Manager - Centurion

We are seeking a Sales Manager in Centurion to lead and execute regional sales strategies for a leading player in the residential real estate sector, specialising in mortgage origination. The role involves driving profitable growth, building key relationships, and exceeding targets within the home loan market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies and budgets aligned with company objectives.
  2. Drive new business acquisition, market share growth, and customer retention across various market segments.
  3. Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success.
  4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including banks, estate agents, and developers.
  5. Monitor sales performance against targets, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  7. Support licensees with operational issues, channel disputes, and complex deals.
  8. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Matric (essential)

  • Experience in the home loan industry, banking, or property
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle required
