Duties & Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Foreman, you will plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems. You will lead and monitor a skilled team, ensuring quality work and timely service. Responsibilities include staff training, safety compliance, asset inspections, recordkeeping, contractor coordination, and technical support. You will also report incidents and drive continuous improvement in reliability.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum requirement: Mechanical Engineering Degree and/or Diploma.
• Trade Tested: Fitter, Millwright, or Mechanical.
• Minimum of 5 years in a Supervisory / Foreman role and at least 5 years as an Artisan / Technician.
