Job Description:

The Legal function provides strategic legal advice globally, supporting business objectives while managing risk.

The Legal Operations Manager will develop and oversee the operational framework, fostering innovation, promoting best practices, and managing legal technology solutions, including legal tech and AI analytics.

• Support the creation of a legal integration framework and service delivery model.
• Identify and advocate for legal tech solutions to improve operations.
• Partner with IM and vendors to innovate in legal permitting and contracting.
• Stay updated with legal technology trends.
• Establish legal risk reporting standards and oversee reporting.
• Formulate a proactive risk management approach and collaborate across jurisdictions.
• Host team meetings and workshops for knowledge sharing.
• Cultivate a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Oversee training initiatives and identify skill gaps.
• Manage the legal budget effectively.
• Refine legal processes to ensure operational health.

Qualifications:
