Senior Kitroom Representative

Position Summary: Perform daily Kitroom operational processes end-to-end. This position is responsible for the fulfilment and completion of the daily activities related to inbound flows, inventory control, outbound flows, and their related processes.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating bookings initiated by sales representatives, assembling loan Kits, preparing relevant documents, system entries, and coordinating delivery schedules and collections.
  2. Maintaining all items comprising loan Kits according to regulatory standards.
  3. Handling bookings, updating stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
  4. Managing inventory, replenishment, and ensuring all kits are complete and in working order.
  5. Arranging collection of kits, verifying returned kits, and ensuring proper decontamination and documentation.
  6. Tracking inventory, performing cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies.
  7. Supporting audits, assisting with stock takes, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 and competency assessments as required.
  • At least 2 years' experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or customer service, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
  • Valid Driver's License and own vehicle or reliable transportation.
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal).
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, JDE, Syspro, Oracle, or similar).
