Experience

At least three years working as a Radiographer.

Previous experience working in a rural area, in a mobile unit setting would be advantageous.

Experience in management and leading small to medium teams.

Experience in pathways/care plans in primary health care context.

Management of staff and staffing processes.

Management of health and safety in the work environment.

Project management.

Emergency preparedness and management in a mobile primary healthcare setting.

Health service delivery regulatory/regulation requirements in the RSA.

Job Knowledge

Radiography, and radiology equipment knowledge.

People management.

Risk management, health and safety, incident management & emergency preparedness.

Community and primary healthcare in SA.

Counselling and communication ability.

Quality improvement methodology.

Report writing including collation of data.
