Marketing Communications Officer

Key Performance Areas
  • Support all divisions with marketing communications

  • Coordinate cross-divisional marketing activities

  • Provide content for Global communication channels

  • Define and manage local content strategy and media mix

  • Assist in creating advertising materials aligned with PR standards

  • Manage advertising budgets and related research

  • Ensure accurate completion of reports and editorials

  • Create and manage content (text, images, video)

  • Oversee web content, online marketing, and analytics

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with sales divisions to support brand awareness and customer engagement

  • Monitor divisional marketing budgets and expenses

  • Coordinate market research across divisions

  • Write press releases and organize media events

  • Report on campaign results and media coverage

  • Manage content production and social media presence

  • Maintain the Company's media plan and ad placements

Education
  • Diploma or Degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or Marketing

Experience
  • Minimum 1 year (3 years preferred) in PR, marketing, or communications
  • Knowledge of digital/print production and social media management preferred
  • Must have worked for a Global / International Company

  • Product knowledge of The Company is an advantage
