As a Procurement Manager, your mission is to drive revenue growth by expanding and retaining our client base across various fresh produce categories, both locally and internationally. You’ll be the key link between our products and the market, ensuring our offer meets client needs while staying ahead of industry trends.
What will you do? Your role highlights
- Conduct market analysis to identify untapped business opportunities.
- Drive market share growth via strategies for market penetration and client base expansion.
- Establish effective communication with potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-lasting relationships, including managing SLAs.
- Implement strategies for client retention and repeat business.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
- Expand the use of product features to increase revenue.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Use research findings to make informed decisions and adapt sales strategies.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations that demonstrate product value.
- Address client needs and offer problem-solving solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of products, commodities, and varieties.
- Tailor solutions to meet individual client needs.
- Collect client feedback to enhance products or services.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to adapt strategies.
- Monitor SLA performance.
- Monitor credit notes, write-offs, and claim procedures.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Requirements:
Skills & Knowledge
- Academic qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain.
- Experience in Leadership, Agricultural Economics, or Project Management.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- More than 10 years of experience in the agriculture industry in commercial, supply chain, and management roles.
- Knowledge of our crops, especially table grapes.
- Excellent MS Office and Excel skills.
- Experience with relevant export systems.
- Leadership, organizational, and mentoring skills.
- Strategic and analytical mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to act as a change agent or catalyst for change.
