About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a B2B Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and growth of our B2B crypto suite—covering our APIs, On / Off Ramp solutions, Crypto Payment Gateway, and more. This role is at the heart of how Quidax helps partners, fintechs, and enterprises unlock the power of digital assets in their products and platforms. You’ll own the roadmap, collaborate with talented teams, and ensure we deliver seamless, reliable, and compliant B2B crypto solutions that delight our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

Shape and Scale B2B Offerings

Research global and local needs of enterprise partners, identifying trends and gaps in the B2B crypto ecosystem.

Develop and champion a clear strategy, roadmap, and vision for Quidax’s APIs, on / off-ramp, and payment solutions for businesses.

Partner with stakeholders to map and optimize B2B user journeys and integrations.

Lead Delivery and Cross-Team Collaboration

Manage end-to-end B2B product development, delivering new features and integrations using agile methodologies.

Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Solutions, Legal / Compliance, and external partners to launch and enhance products.

Ensure solutions meet our standards for scalability, reliability, security, and compliance.

Grow Impact and Optimize Performance

Track API adoption, system reliability, billing, and customer feedback—turning insights into continuous improvement.

Build clear reporting tools and support materials to empower both internal teams and external B2B clients.

Contribute to go-to-market strategies and help enable sales, customer success, and technical support teams.

Challenges You’ll Tackle

Building a platform that’s robust enough for global partners, but flexible for local businesses

Navigating rapid integration needs, client requests, and compliance in multiple markets

Managing a high volume of priorities and requests, with limited time and resources

Rallying diverse teams to deliver unified, customer-centric crypto experiences

Who You Are / What We’re Looking For

5+ years of product experience in payments, crypto, B2B tech, or enterprise software

Deep experience managing APIs, payments tools, or technical integrations

Strong project management skills in agile work environments

Comfortable aligning priorities and managing trade-offs in a high-growth company

Data-driven mindset; able to use numbers, feedback, and experiments to tune product direction

Bonus Points

Experience shipping B2B or API-first solutions in fintech or crypto

Comfort with compliance, regulatory, or risk frameworks in payments or enterprise solutions

Work experience across African, LATAM, or Asian markets.
