Charli Hart is a bold, feminine, and strategy-driven creative agency built by women, for women. We specialize in branding, web design, and marketing for powerhouse female-led businesses ready to elevate their presence and claim their space online.

We don't just design — we craft lifestyles, legacies, and obsession-worthy brands that lead with purpose and land with impact.

We are a fast-growing, women-led creative studio looking for an elite-level Senior Brand & Web Designer to collaborate with us on a white-label contract basis . You'll be expected to take ownership of projects from strategy handoff to final delivery — confidently designing brands and websites that convert, inspire, and elevate. You must have strong independent work ethic, client-readiness, and high design standards.

Responsibilities :

Design full brand identity systems (logos, type, color, brand boards, guidelines)

Design and build websites primarily using Showit , with bonus skills in Wix Studio or WordPress

Design funnels, landing pages, opt-ins, and sales pages that are strategic and conversion-focused

Read and implement visual direction based on a provided brand strategy document

Prepare polished presentation decks and client-ready deliverables

Manage your own workflow through Asana + Notion

Occasionally join kickoff or feedback calls with clients (after internal training)

Bonus if you can design Showit Website Templates

Requirements :

Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans

Based in South Africa (Johannesburg preferred for future in-person projects)

Female applicants only — we're building a woman-powered team

Strong design portfolio with branding and web design (Showit required)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Experience in Showit (required), Wix Studio, and / or WordPress (bonus)

Strong knowledge of branding systems and strategy-led design

Independent, self-managed, and comfortable working under a white-label agreement

Must be able to take constructive feedback and deliver high-quality updates on time

Must be able to design with conversion, strategy, and user experience in mind

Project Pay Range :

R2,000 – R4,000 : small logo + brand board projects

R6,000 – R8,000 : full branding + basic web design

R10,000 – R15,000 : full branding + full Showit website & strategy
