Introduction

Medipost Pharmacy is seeking a professional, disciplined, and self-driven individual to join their dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will be based in Midrand, Johannesburg.

Position Summary

The Human Resources Administrator (HRA - YES Candidate) manages general administration between the HR Department, employees, and line managers. The HRA supports the HR Business Partner (HRBP) and the group with HR administrative and coordinative functions.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Administration: Issue work confirmations, file employee information, create new employee files, liaise with employees/HRBP/line managers, label and index files, manage telephone pincodes, administer Eco Time, prepare induction packs, order stationery, assist with HR audits, and handle queries related to payroll and admin.
  2. Customer Service: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management, resolve queries, assist with recruitment, and maintain good relationships within the department and group.
  3. Work Management: Work overtime when required, demonstrate self-initiative, and exceed expectations. Maintain accuracy and adhere to timelines for all tasks, including processing terminations, preparing induction packs, updating employee information, and filing documents.
  4. Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  5. Experience: No prior experience required.
  6. Computer Literacy: Proficient in relevant systems.
Training Offered

Training on company systems (VIP Payroll, HR Premier, ESS, Eco-Time), policies & procedures, and SOPs.
