Like every team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include:

1. Safe maintenance and repair of a variety of complex rental equipment involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
2. Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed
3. Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) timely and accurately
4. Travel to customer sites for repair/maintenance when required; maintain a clean and professional service vehicle
5. Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts
6. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• 3-5 years of experience repairing and maintaining equipment and tools
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools
• Strong mechanical background with various engines
• Own tools applicable to the position
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
