Main Purpose of The Role:

• Commercial Support - Customer Visibility and Implementation
• Strategic Implementation Project Lead
• Internal Projects and Process Improvements (Best Practice)
• Internal & External Training - Customer Visibility tools
• System Super user and Application support
• Business Implementation Manager responsibility on EDI projects
• Reporting analyst for special customer reporting requirements
• Continuous Improvement Projects

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 - 7 years' Systems and Process / analyst experience in a Logistics environment
• Preference to Senior Systems and Processes experience

Qualifications:

• Matric (essential)
• Industry level qualification / tertiary qualification advantageous
• Computer packages: Cargowise or related Industry TMS, Microsoft Dynamics / CRM, Purchase Order Management Systems, Power BI, understanding of EDI and API technologies

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sales support of Customer Applications and Value Added services
• Customer Innovation and Continuous Improvement Initiatives
• Communicate customer requirements for development
• Maintain and enhance Customer Applications (Super user)
• Project Management on strategic Implementation projects
• First line support to National team
• Document Development for training and Implementation
• Internal and External training on Customer Applications, Connectivity, and Reporting
• Supporting continuous Improvement and process improvement initiatives
• Lead and coordinate strategic customer implementations
• Engagement with the Global Network and teams
• Monitor, manage, and track implementation projects
• Coordinate and manage customer EDI / API integrations
• Contribute to templates, Work Instructions, and SOPs
• Assist in creating and presenting Training Material
• Create Product awareness and reinforce best practices
