The position of NSC Team Leader is a full-time role based at Lyra Health's head office. The role requires being on call on a rotational basis. The manager will also undertake other relevant duties as assigned by the Head of Operations. This job specification is subject to review as the role develops.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead, develop, motivate, and inspire the team to maximize performance.
  2. Coach and mentor team members.
  3. Develop and maintain systems for accurate data management and service delivery within client expectations and SLAs.
  4. Conduct individual and team meetings.
  5. Provide case supervision.
  6. Support department growth and development.
  7. Recruit suitable staff for new positions.
  8. Manage projects efficiently, providing timely feedback.
  9. Conduct compliance case reviews to ensure quality standards.
  10. Implement performance management with clear goal setting and regular feedback.
  11. Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures for effective operations.
Qualifications
  • Master’s qualification as a Clinical or Counseling Psychologist with current HPCSA registration, or
  • Honors qualification as a clinical Social Worker with current SACSSP registration, or
  • B-Psych Degree as a Registered Counselor with current HPCSA registration.
  • At least 2 years’ clinical experience, preferably in an EAP setting.
