Job description

A vacancy exists for Lobby Hosts. As a Lobby Host, you are responsible for receiving and warmly welcoming all guests in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner. You will be a key point of contact for FOH customers, delivery service providers, and MODs. Your duties include managing and assisting in identifying bottlenecks in FOH, communicating issues to CSTMs, MOD, RGM, and ARM, and ensuring all CX Tech (such as kiosks, come-and-collect screens, digital menus) functions correctly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Enhance the customer journey in FOH by creating authentic Feel-Good brand experiences at all touchpoints: Welcome, Ordering, and Dine-In.
  2. Assist customers with kiosk orders, promote eCommerce strategies, upsell menu items, recommend new promotions, and reference the Add Hope system.
  3. Maintain Feel-Good connections in FOH among service providers, drivers, and CSTMs.
  4. Manage customer flow and address potential bottlenecks.
  5. Observe and respond to customer needs during their dining experience to improve service levels, such as refilling drinks proactively.
  6. Protect assets and guests by adhering to sanitation, health, safety regulations, and brand standards.
  7. Uphold YUM’s culture principles.
