Purpose of the job:
To successfully manage the company’s day-to-day operational functions in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s Degree Preferred)
• 10+ Years experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Clearing, or Supply Chain Management
• Extensive knowledge of: Customs regulations, trade compliance & freight management
• Strong understanding of International & Domestic shipping regulations

Technical Competencies and Responsibilities:

• Manage & oversee all operational aspects of the business including freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing & distribution
• Lead & mentor a team of operational managers
• Manage staff KPIs
• Develop & enforce operational policies, procedures & best practices
• Maintain compliance with all relevant local & international logistics regulations
• Oversee risk management & implement measures to mitigate operational challenges
• Evaluate & integrate new technologies to enhance supply chain & logistics capabilities
