We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator responsible for the end-to-end delivery of medium to large-sized, medium to high complexity projects, including technical support.

Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate communication between teams, coordinate planning activities, and prepare reports to keep projects on track.
  2. Assist in project execution through administrative support, tracking deliverables, and ensuring teams have the resources needed.
  3. Monitor daily project activities, update stakeholders, and escalate issues when necessary.
  4. Provide administrative support for risk and issue management, ensuring timely reporting and tracking.
  5. Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow communication strategies to engage internal stakeholders effectively.
  6. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives, helping implement lessons learned and driving efficiency improvements.
  7. Maintain knowledge of project tools, compliance requirements, and organizational structures to support smooth operations.
  8. Contribute to project cost management by planning resources, tracking budgets, and preparing financial reports.
  9. Adapt to project changes, provide on-the-job training as needed, and foster a collaborative, high-morale environment.
Qualifications
  • Basic project management certifications.
  • 2-4 years of experience coordinating tasks and resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
  • High sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
  • Stress tolerance and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
