  • Ensure tax compliance, regulatory adherence, and risk management.
  • KPI : Audit findings, tax compliance, effectiveness of internal controls
  • Oversee payroll operations and statutory reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
  • KPI : On-time payroll disbursement, employee satisfaction, tax filing accuracy
  • Work with other teams to align financial strategies with company goals.
  • KPI : Success of interdepartmental projects, financial strategy alignment
Human Resources Management
  • Develop HR strategies for recruitment, retention, and engagement.

Requirements and Qualifications
Hard Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in finance and HR functions
  • Expertise in IFRS, German GAAP, and corporate tax compliance
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financial restructuring
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP
  • Proven HR leadership experience, including performance management and talent acquisition
  • Experience in internal and external audits
