Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead sourcing.
  • Assist with preparing proposals, generating quotes, and managing client follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, presentations, and event-related activities.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery and exceptional client service.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years’ experience in sales support or coordination (experience in events or hospitality is highly advantageous).
  • Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Own computer and reliable cellphone are strongly preferred.
