Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Junior Restaurant Manager to join a busy, well-established family-style restaurant in Melville, Johannesburg.

Minimum Requirements :

• At least 3 years' restaurant management experience
• GAAP Point of Sale experience essential
• Strong knowledge of cash-ups, stock control, and invoice capturing
• Proven ability to delegate, lead and motivate a team of up to 35 employees
• Experience in stock ordering and maintaining accurate inventory levels
• Must be able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Must be based in Johannesburg
• Own reliable transport
• Well-groomed, professional, and excellent communication skills
• Must be confident managing operations in a high-pressure environment
