Responsibilities:
- Act with utmost urgency when attending to any client request.
- Ensure the best allocation of resources of the contract to achieve maximum cleaning output.
- Adhere to resource requirements stipulated by the SLA.
- Manage output-based contracts efficiently.
- Proactively manage a pool of trained relief staff to prevent service disruptions.
- Maintain work schedules and job cards relevant to each site.
- Maintain high service standards through regular site visits and inspections.
- Ensure biometric system usage and management by unit staff according to requirements, with Project Manager oversight.
- Project Manager to approve salaries and monitor labour/turnover ratios.
- Ensure Contract Managers and Supervisors adhere to disciplinary codes consistently.
- Follow recruitment policies, procedures, and deadlines for new appointments.
Communication:
- Conduct at least one formal documented client meeting per month to understand and meet client needs.
- Respond promptly to client and management requests with necessary actions.
- Complete monthly reports for specific services as agreed with clients.
- Keep line management informed of pertinent contract issues.
Health and Safety:
- Ensure adherence to all OHS act requirements, site-specific policies, quality programs, and legislation.
Unit Finances:
- Operate within budgetary guidelines, managing labour, capital, assets, chemicals, and other expenses.
- Use only accredited suppliers and approved products.
- Prepare accurate budgets and forecasts in line with deadlines.
- Ensure correct billing and analyze financial results monthly, taking corrective actions as needed.
Additional Communication:
- Maintain regular client communication, including monthly meetings and reports on various operational aspects.
- Filter company information effectively to contract managers and staff.
General:
- Stay informed of industry trends and innovations, suggesting improvements.
- Maintain morale and motivation through good communication.
- Attend meetings, training, and conferences as required.
- Achieve company objectives and implement client and Tsebo Management initiatives.
