Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Commercial / Corporate Sales Specialist (Business Development) to join our Richards Bay team and help us reach new heights.

This role focuses on driving business growth, developing strong relationships with corporate clients, and strategically expanding our market presence.

Your Role
  1. Drive Growth: Source, engage, and secure new corporate clients to increase revenue.
  2. Build Key Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term connections with senior decision-makers.
  3. Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and execute plans to exceed sales targets.
  4. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  5. Present with Impact: Deliver persuasive pitches and product demonstrations that showcase value.
  6. Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback to refine offerings.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Matric (Grade 12 completed)
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of external B2B sales experience, focusing on new business development
  • Experience in solutions sales (SaaS, IT, Telecoms, Technology), preferably within Transport, Logistics, or Engineering sectors
  • Valid driver's license
  • Tech-savvy: proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and modern sales tools
  • Proven hunter mentality: ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Excellent communication skills: confident in stakeholder engagement
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
