Our Client

Our client is one of the largest producers of leather for furniture upholstery.

Opportunity

We have a great opportunity at a new manufacturing tannery / plant for a young candidate who would like to grow and develop within.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Managing and overseeing all aspects of production from start to finish
2. Maintaining and improving productivity and efficiency
3. Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
4. Implementing and monitoring production schedules
5. Providing leadership and guidance to the production team
6. Reporting to the CEO on production performance and any issues or concerns

Overall, we are seeking a candidate who is proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to driving success in the manufacturing tannery / plant.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Preferably fluent in German (a great advantage)
• Bachelor's degree or similar (Chemistry background would be beneficial)
• 2–5 years of experience in Manufacturing / Production, either as a Team Leader, Senior Supervisor, or Operations Manager
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate hard work, honesty, and willingness to learn
• Strong leadership skills
• Good technical background and communication skills
