What you will do

The main purpose of the job is to produce the required labor hours through maintenance and repair work, in accordance with the Company quality and efficiency standards.

Reporting

This position reports to the Team Leader.

Job Objectives
  1. Fault-finding and diagnosis on Volvo Products by interpreting product “under performance” and/or failure.
  2. Interpret and implement information in Volvo Manual and Service Literature.
  3. Follow directives provided in Workshop Manuals to produce work of Volvo acceptable standards.
  4. Follow repair, maintenance instructions, and specifications as per the manual.
  5. Ensure excellence in customer service delivery through meticulously following procedures and processes.
  6. Provide comprehensive and accurate reports on diagnosis, assessment of components/parts, failures, observations, actions, and recommendations.
  7. Follow procedures for breakdown work, liaising with the driver before responding to customer breakdowns, ensuring correct documentation is in place and accurately completed before submission.
  8. Compliance with ISO 9001 and other safety standards.

  6. Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
