Sales Executive
Summary: The Sales Executive role is critical to driving revenue and maintaining BitCo's industry leader status in the ICT / ISP sector.
This customer-facing position requires the individual to act as a thought leader within the sales organization, influencing existing customers and prospects to adopt BitCo's solutions for an enhanced experience.
The focus of the role is on selling to new customers across various industries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects' position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; suggesting profit and service improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements or new products.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Establish and enforce organization standards to maintain quality service.
- Attend educational workshops, review professional publications, establish personal networks, benchmark best practices, and participate in professional societies to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
- Contribute to team effort by achieving set targets and sourcing new business through generating own leads.
- Conduct a minimum of 10 business meetings per week.
- Capture own leads onto Pipedrive.
Qualifications and Experience
Hard Skills Required:
- 5-7 years of experience in sales within a solution selling industry such as Telecommunications or ICT.
- Presentation skills.
- Client relationship management.
- Emphasizing excellence.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Dropbox experience is an advantage.
- Negotiation skills.

- Touch typing (QWERTY) is an advantage.
- Pipedrive experience is advantageous.
