Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-drivenDigital Solutions Sales Leadto spearhead our business development efforts. This strategic role combines digital expertise with relationship-building to drive new business for both our services and software products.

You’ll play a key role in identifying and closing opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and delivering consultative digital solutions that align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Turmeric Digital’s offerings and new software products
  • Identify and qualify high-value leads through outbound outreach and networking
  • Conduct market and competitor research to uncover growth opportunities
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Prepare and present cost estimates, proposals, and scopes of work
  • Support RFI/RFP responses with strong commercial positioning
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and engagement targets

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in a digital agency, IT, or SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, web development, marketing automation, and customer engagement tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities
  • Proven ability to scope client needs and translate into strategic solutions
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive with a consultative sales approach
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and digital sales tool proficiency
  • Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
