Job Description: As a Team Member - Moving & Estate Transition Specialist, you play a key role in helping our clients transition smoothly. This includes heavy lifting, furniture moving during estate sales and auction pickup days, and assisting with home cleanouts. No two days are the same, and you will make a direct impact on people's lives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in moving heavy items, including furniture, during auction pickup days.
2. Help organize, pack, and transport household items.
3. Work as part of a team to downsize and relocate clients.
4. Sort items for recycling, donation, and disposal.
5. Assist with estate sales and auction pickups.
6. Help with home cleanouts, including lifting and transporting large items.
7. Follow safety protocols and best practices when handling heavy objects.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture safely.
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Passion and respect for seniors and their families.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Reliable transportation and smartphone access.
6. Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.

Hours / Scheduling: The Team Member position is part-time on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours. This is a perfect fit for individuals who would like to make extra income but don't require a consistent work schedule. As our business provides service Monday-Saturday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, we do require all Team Members to have wide availability within these parameters. Scheduling is based on client needs, Team Member availability, and the skill set needed for the project.

Pay: From $17.00-$19.00 per hour
