Reporting to the Commercial Director MEA, we are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join the team in South Africa. You will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact between the company and its partners, facilitating effective communication, and managing our existing regional partnerships. You will establish and nurture new partner relationships and ensure that partner strategies align with company goals and objectives for mutual benefit.
As a Partnerships Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing Existing Partnerships: Overseeing current partner relationships to ensure they are effective, sustainable, and aligned with the company's objectives.
- Developing New Partnerships: Identifying, recruiting, and negotiating deals with new partners to expand the company's reach and capabilities.
- Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Working with sales, marketing, product, and development teams to develop partnership strategies and ensure successful integration of partnership initiatives.
- Driving Partner Engagement: Creating and implementing strategies to engage partners, including onboarding, training, and co-marketing campaigns to maximize mutual benefits.
- Monitoring Performance: Tracking and analyzing partnership performance, ensuring alignment with business goals, and making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
- Strategic Partner Prospecting: Identifying potential partners and supporting the establishment of these relationships where applicable.

Knowledge
- Strong understanding of mobile device ecosystems, service providers, and mobile app protection
- Strong understanding of security solutions
Qualifications
- Degree, MBA, or relevant experience
