Responsibilities
  1. Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems
  2. Perform maintenance of electrical systems
  3. Assist in setting up ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems
  4. Ensure mechanical systems comply with health and safety standards
  5. Maintain electrical systems, including replacing bulbs, sockets, and repairing circuit breaker panels
  6. Assist with the setup and repair of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems
  7. Maintain heating and plumbing systems for proper functioning
  8. Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs as needed
  9. Perform manual repairs such as fixing locks and replacing windows
  10. Conduct pest control activities, including spraying insecticide
  11. Perform general upkeep tasks like landscaping, painting, and carpentry
  12. Assist in preparing and adhering to budgets
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a maintenance technician
  2. High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or related fields are a plus
  3. Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
  4. Knowledge of maintenance processes and methods
  5. Familiarity with tools, appliances, and devices
  6. Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
  7. Good physical condition and willingness to work overtime
  8. Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (preferred)
