Job Description

Accountable for one or more medium-sized projects of moderate complexity with a medium-sized team. Focuses on creating the project vision and planning documents, managing implementation, reporting, and performance to deliver on time, within budget, and to scope.

Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning: Produce workstream or project plans, ensuring all activities are identified, organized, and compliant with the organization's project management framework.
  2. Project Scope Definition: Manage research, workshops, and activities to support project deliverables.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Plan and deliver engagement activities to develop effective relationships and meet stakeholder needs.
  4. Requirements Management: Coordinate requirement elicitation, analysis, documentation, and verification throughout the project phases.
  5. Risk and Issue Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop solutions for risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
  6. Reporting and Review: Draft review reports and presentations to evaluate progress and support decision-making.
  7. Team Management: Lead a small project team, coordinate actions, and foster capability development.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Review operations and generate ideas for improvements.
  9. Resource Management: Manage deployment and costs of project resources, providing forecasts and variances.
  10. Work Scheduling: Assign work schedules to team members to meet expectations and timelines.
  11. Documentation: Prepare complex documents and reports using standard office software.
  12. Project Closeout: Support handover and post-project reviews.
  13. Assurance: Conduct and facilitate assurance reviews, resolving issues to ensure confidence in project delivery.
  14. Personal Development: Participate in training, coaching, and maintain industry knowledge and certifications.
