An industry-leading bank has an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager in the Digital Client Engagements space to join their dynamic team.

Position Info: Purpose Statement

As the Product Manager of Digital Client Engagements, you will support the Product Head in delivering a relevant and fit-for-purpose product that enables meaningful digital client engagements with prospective and existing Small Medium Enterprise (SME) clients.

You will oversee the entire product lifecycle by collaborating with Feature Teams on sequencing and prioritisation. Your role involves understanding engagement platforms and technologies, identifying partners, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for all B2B digital engagements.

You will leverage advanced AI and conversational AI platforms to enhance customer engagement and deliver personalised interactions across digital channels. Additionally, you will integrate chatbot solutions to support seamless customer experiences from research to post-purchase support.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Define and align product vision and strategy with business goals.
  2. Monitor performance metrics and market trends.
  3. Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B digital engagement strategy.
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  5. Explore innovative ways to enhance client satisfaction using AI and client data.
  6. Evaluate engagement platforms and technologies, assess partners, and manage vendor relationships.
  7. Ensure data security, compliance, and scalability.
  8. Lead vendor onboarding, manage SOWs and SLAs, and oversee budgeting.
  9. Implement and optimise engagement strategies using chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI.
  10. Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer experience, and operations teams.
  11. Translate business requirements into technical plans and oversee product development from inception to launch.
  12. Define KPIs, monitor analytics, and iterate improvements based on user feedback.
  13. Ensure technology resilience, security, and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5+ years of management or senior product development experience
  • Experience managing and delivering products, working with Agile methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

  • Financial acumen, systems thinking, and product expertise
