About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of sales and leadership experience, with a proven ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving business objectives.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a retail branch strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives. You will lead a team of Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and drive business growth, while collaborating with colleagues across the organization to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Growing customer base and revenue through developing and executing a retail branch strategy
  • Guiding, integrating, and standardizing activities, goals, and objectives of Sales Consultants
  • Leading a service delivery culture and ecosystem within and outside of the branch
  • Assuming responsibility for day-to-day maintenance and management of the Retail branch

Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • RE1 and RE5
  • 120 Wealth Management credits or tertiary qualification recognized by the FSCA
  • Class of Business accreditation (annual)
  • Compliant with continuous professional development (CPD) current and past cycles
  • A minimum of 5 years recent industry experience, including 3 years in a leadership capacity
  • Service management experience is essential
