Requirements

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Test Analyst, you will:

1. Define and implement comprehensive test plans and automation frameworks.
2. Lead QA coaching efforts within agile teams.
3. Analyse requirements and design technical test cases.
4. Drive manual and automated test execution, including regression, performance, and security testing.
5. Coordinate test data creation and defect management.
6. Deliver detailed and accurate test reports.
7. Facilitate communication between developers and testers.
8. Promote continuous improvement through lessons learnt and quality feedback loops.

What You Bring

Essential Skills:

• Strong command of JIRA, ALM, Confluence
• Test automation tools like Selenium, UFT, Serenity/Cucumber, Apium, Playwright
• Familiarity with SonarQube, API testing, static/dynamic analysis, path/condition testing
• Experience in test case creation, defect tracking, test planning, and Agile methodologies

Advantageous:

• Web and digital project exposure
• Experience with TypeScript

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science (preferred)
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• ISTQB Advanced Level Agile Technical Tester or ISEB Intermediate Certificate in Software Testing
