Commercial Manager needed in East London Paying £288.60 per day ref 1521808

Full-time hours on a temporary basis

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Commercial Manager to lead and drive our commercial strategy across Public Protection & Integrated Enforcement services. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in identifying, developing, and delivering new income-generating opportunities, partnerships, and innovative service models that support sustainability and financial growth, while enhancing the safety and wellbeing of residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy and plan for Public Protection & Integrated Enforcement Services.
  2. Income Generation: Drive the growth of service revenue to exceed income expectations of £1.5 million through innovative products and services.
  3. Partnership Development: Form and maintain strategic partnerships with public, private, and third-sector organizations to enhance service delivery and generate income.
  4. Commercial Contracts: Oversee the development and management of commercial contracts, including negotiating and managing contractual commitments and performance.
  5. Pricing Strategy: Lead the review of fees, charges, and pricing to maximize income and ensure financial sustainability.
  6. Marketing and Communication: Plan and deliver a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy to promote services and achievements.
  7. Service Improvement: Horizon scan for opportunities to further commercialize services by monitoring market trends, researching best practices, and innovative approaches.
  8. Governance and Performance: Implement effective governance and performance management of the commercial strategy, including planning, reporting, risk management, and financial implications.
