My client is looking for a Software Developer for a hybrid work model, based in Steenberg, Cape Town.

Preferably to start immediately.

The focus areas include R / Python / ETL / Machine Learning.

Requirements:

1. Degree in a related field
2. Experience in debugging and troubleshooting
3. Adequate skills across multiple platforms, databases, and programming languages
4. Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders
5. Strong troubleshooting and creative problem-solving abilities
6. Ability to adapt to changing parameters
7. Attention to detail and multitasking skills
8. Reliable team player, punctual, open to feedback
9. Advantageous: experience with ELOM tools or in the development sector
10. Advantageous: experience with R (Shiny), Python, online assessment development, Machine Learning algorithms, AI and Chatbot development, API testing
11. Driver's license and own car are advantageous
