We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual with a strong culinary background and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. You should excel in managing kitchen operations, supporting the Head Chef, and thriving under pressure. Strong organisational and leadership skills are essential, as well as excellent communication skills. You will handle kitchen operations with care and professionalism, ensuring attention to detail shines through in every dish you create.
Minimum Requirements :
Grade 12 or equivalent
2 years to 4 years Experience
Must speak, read, write and understand English at a professional level
Previous experience in the same or similar position in a 4 / 5 star hotel
Familiar with all duties and procedures in the Kitchen
