Marketing Manager Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of the marketing team and oversee their daily activities.
- Delegate marketing activities/tasks to supervisors, including project assignments, presentations, and proposals.
- Evaluate financial aspects of product development, including budgets, expenditures, and research.
- Measure data accuracy and processing efficiency, including error rates and data retrieval times.
- Develop and manage budgets for branding and marketing efforts, and compile reports for senior management.
- Manage relationships with marketing suppliers and vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate market research studies, analyze findings, and report on market opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to update brand portfolios and assess product performance.
- Oversee content management and information sharing across departments and external partners.
- Manage external marketing partners such as agencies and digital marketing firms.
- Develop and execute brand management plans, ensuring consistency and standards compliance.
- Manage digital marketing presence and utilize digital/public relations platforms.
- Provide marketing support and insights to sales and marketing teams.
- Oversee marketing activities for specific brands and manage related communications.
- Write reports, creative briefs, and specifications.
Requirements:
- BSc in Analytics or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years management experience as a Marketing Manager, Events Manager, or Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of current marketing and PR trends, ATL and BTL marketing experience.
- Strategic planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in sponsorship and public relations is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and independently.
- Willingness to travel nationwide.
