Requirements :

  • A three-year tertiary qualification at NQF level 7, recognized by SAQA in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Built Environment, Law, or Public Management.
  • 3-5 years’ experience at Junior Management level in PPP infrastructure, Law, Commerce, or Project Management.

Duties :

  • Manage the implementation of Municipal and Provincial PPP infrastructure projects.
  • Monitor compliance with relevant regulations governing PPPs.
  • Provide technical support and advice for PPP infrastructure projects.
  • Analyze restructuring projects and feasibility studies for non-core services.
  • Facilitate the implementation of PPP infrastructure projects.
  • Identify and assess potential PPP projects.
  • Support conventional and other infrastructure initiatives.
  • Assist management with ad-hoc projects and tasks.
  • Provide project and administrative support, including budget, procurement, risk management, monitoring and evaluation, and staff supervision where applicable.
