The Group Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the marketing strategies and initiatives of a company across multiple brands and business units. Marketing Management Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across different brands or business units.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Team Leadership and Development Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing team.
Provide guidance and support for career development and growth of team members.
Brand Management
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials.
Manage brand identity and maintain brand standards.
Oversee the development and implementation of brand strategies for multiple brands or business units.
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
Track and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
Budget Management
Develop and manage marketing budgets for different brands or business units.
Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing spend.
Monitor and report on budget performance, adjusting as necessary.
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
Analyse data to inform marketing strategies and campaign decisions.
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies.
Performance Measurement
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use analytics tools to track performance and generate reports for senior management.
Continuously evaluate and improve marketing strategies based on performance data.

Assisting in attendance to all relevant Shows and Exhibitions
Ensuring updated list of current Shows and Exhibitions are communicated and recommended
Event planning breakdown includes; planning event, design of event marketing material required, list of products to showcase at event, ensuring employee entrance requirements are met, scheduling event notifications to all relevant stakeholders
