Assistant Financial Manager

The successful candidate will report to the Financial Manager.

Location: Silver Lakes     Salary: R45,000 - R49,000 per month     Available Positions: 1     Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
2. Support the Financial Manager in managing financial operations
3. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with financial regulations
4. Manage accounts, audits, and financial reconciliations
5. Develop and implement new systems
6. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
7. Staff management

Skills, Qualifications, and General Requirements:

• BCom in Accounting with 3 years of relevant experience, having completed articles
• Relevant experience in financial management, preferably in agricultural financing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of financial software and reporting tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
• Valid driver’s license with own transport
