Job Description

Position Summary:

Our team seeks an experienced QA Tester (Automation) with expertise in manual and automation testing, preferably using TOSCA.

As a QA Engineer - Automation, you will ensure the successful and timely delivery of all QA deliverables, maintaining confidentiality for all work performed.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing and executing test cases, attending project meetings, and providing relevant updates to the project team.

Strong manual and automation testing skills, with TOSCA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Undertake and execute automation projects.
2. Lead successful project delivery.
3. Analyze business requirements.
4. Script manual test cases.
5. Script and execute automation test cases using TOSCA.
6. Manage stakeholders by providing regular status updates and troubleshooting issues.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• TOSCA automation experience with a developed framework (preferably for at least one complete application).
• TOSCA certification or willingness to obtain certification within a month of joining.
• Experience with Tosca Test Suite, including navigation and steering capabilities.
• Hands-on experience in creating, managing, and executing test cases, and overseeing user acceptance testing.
• Mentoring and guiding team members.
• Implementing automation testing strategies, standards, and best practices.
• Strong software testing and test automation experience.
• Good knowledge of the software testing lifecycle and automation processes.
• Ability to write detailed test cases, scripts, and document results.
• Experience with SQL and data retrieval from relational databases is a plus.
• Collaborate with teams to understand and implement automation needs.
• Self-motivated with ownership of assigned tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and in demanding environments.
• Understanding of SDLC processes, including Agile development and testing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Quick learner with strong analytical skills.
